Welcome to the Support Center. Please take some time to look for your answer here before contacting our support department. Due to the size of our network, our support staff cannot answer questions that have already been answered elsewhere on the website.

I just paid for credits or an upgrade and I haven't received it yet.
Check whether you paid with an e-check — those take several days to clear. If your payment was instant and it has been more than 30 minutes, please open a support ticket.
Do I have to create a new widget for every website I have?
No. You don't have to create a new widget for each site as long as the sites are in the same category. If you have websites that fall into separate categories, you'll need a separate widget per category, but you can reuse a widget for any site in that category.
How do I stop my credits from being used up?
Your credits are automatically used (up to your daily maximum) to display your active ads. To stop your credits being used, pause all your ads. You don't need to delete them — once at least one ad is active again, credits resume being used.
What happens if I want to upgrade from Gold to Platinum and I still have time left on my Gold membership?
Upgrade to Platinum from your account, then send us a support ticket requesting a pro-rated refund for the remaining time on your Gold membership. You don't have to wait until your Gold membership expires.
Why is my commission showing as pending?
All commissions show a status of pending for up to 15 days. This holding period accommodates our refund policy and gives our staff time to verify the purchase that led to the commission, so as to guard against fraud.
When do you pay commissions owed?
Commissions are batched and paid out twice per month. Payout requests received by the 1st of the month are paid no later than the 10th; payout requests received by the 15th are paid no later than the 25th.
