ts25 no-spam policy

ts25 and Logiscape Technologies Inc. are strongly opposed to the use of spam in promoting the company or any of the services and products it offers.

We define spam as the sending of promotional messages (typically email) to anyone who has not specifically asked to receive them or has not given prior approval to receive them. Spam also includes the unauthorized or irrelevant posting of promotional messages to newsgroups, chat rooms, or any other communication channel that was not specifically set up for that purpose.

ts25 will immediately remove the account of any member found to be using spam, and will pursue further action where appropriate. In cases of gross violation, the company will pursue legal remedies in accordance with local laws and seek financial restitution for damages caused by the offending member's actions.
