Any information that a member provides to Traffic Syndicate 25 or Logiscape Technologies Inc. will be held in the strictest confidence. ts25 and Logiscape Technologies Inc. will use such information only as it relates to maintaining a member's account.

ts25 and Logiscape Technologies Inc. will never sell or make public a member's personal information unless required to do so by law. Personal information is held on file as long as the member retains a membership. If a member discontinues their membership, personal information is archived in accordance with the company's accounting procedures as required by law.
